Tools in the Toolbox: Life Lessons in God’s Word is a Christian devotional structured around key life issues. Each is addressed with applicable scripture taken from the Bible. Each of the key life issues is clearly presented in a life lesson teaching, which allows the reader to apply God’s Word to their daily life. A confession of God’s Word and a prayer is included to make the scripture personal to the reader.
This devotional will help you further your knowledge of God’s Word, strengthen your relationship with God and increase your ability to appropriate God’s Word in your own life. It’s a valuable tool to help you live a successful life.

About Deborah Johnson Harwood
Deborah Johnson Harwood is a wife, mother, author, Bible teacher and inspirational speaker. In addition, she was a successful corporate executive leader holding Vice President and General Counsel positions over 25 years with combined experience in business, corporate law and general legal practice.
She developed a love for writing at Luther College where she received her BA degree with a double major in English and Political Science. Her passion for writing continued into law school and throughout her legal career. Most recently, she successfully completed Bible correspondence school studies.
Authoring “Tools in the Toolbox: Life Lessons in God’s Word” was a natural progression in her career as a practicing attorney because she was taught the importance of words and as a Christian, the life we receive through God’s Word. Many of the Life Lessons contained in this book are real life topics and questions asked by various friends and family members.
Deborah desires to encourage, motivate, and inspire others to build a personal relationship with the Lord through His Word. She and her husband live in the Pacific Northwest, with their two children.
